Abstract

Government organizations are large organizations that serve and accommodate all levels of society with applicable laws and regulations. Therefore, government organizations must have reliable and productive human resources by trying to improve the performance of employees. Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by employees or groups of employees in an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Good performance is influenced by two things, namely management information systems and good public services. This Research Aims To Know The Influence Of Management Information System And Public Service To The Performance Of The Employee Revenue Receipt At The One-Stop Manunggal Administration System Office (Samsat) Aek Kanopan. This research approach uses an associative approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire which was distributed to all employees receiving income at the SAMSAT Aek Kanopan office which is located at Jl. Class of 66 Aek Kanopan, Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. And the research sample was 36 employees. The research sample and Data Analysis Techniques in this study are the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. In Data Analysis Techniques include multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that partially the Management Information System had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, public services had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the management information system and public services had an effect on the performance of the employee revenue receipts at the one-stop single-stop administrative system office ( Samsat) Aek Kanopan.

Abstract

Setiap negara tidak dapat hidup sendiri. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, suatu negara akan membutuhkan negara lain. Dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan, setiap negara melakukan hubungan perdagangan. Hubungan perdagangan antar negara ini disebut juga perdagangan internasional. Mengapa setiap negara melakukan perdagangan internasional ? Karena dengan melakukan perdagangan internasional banyak keuntungan yang diperoleh, meskipun ada juga kerugian yang akan didapat. Setiap negara juga mempunyai kebijakan-kebijakan tersendiri untuk melindungi perekonomian dalam negeri mereka dari dampak negatif persaingan yang ditimbulkan dalam perdagangan internasional. Perdagangan internasional memungkinkan masuknya barang-barang dan jasa dari luar negeri ke dalam negeri. Jika barang dan jasa dari luar negeri lebih banyak dan lebih diminati oleh masyarakat dibandingkan produk dalam negeri, maka hal itu akan berdampakb buruk bagi perekonomian dalam negeri. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah perlu membuat suatu kebijakan perdagangan internasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the motive for "going International SGMW, the Market Entry Mode chosen by SGMW, the reason for SGMW choosing Indonesia as its production base and knowing the segmentation, targeting, positioning and branding marketing strategies applied by SGMW in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach using SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix. The results showed that the strategy applied by Wuling Motors in entering the international market was to apply the Aggressive strategy. From the results of data analysis with the SWOT matrix, it can be seen that Wuling Motors has higher strengths than weaknesses. From the results of data analysis with the SWOT matrix, it can be seen that opportunities are higher than threats. Based on these results, the appropriate strategy to be applied to Wuling Motors is the Wuling Motors Aggressive Strategy by conducting market penetration, market development and product development.

Abstract

Within the organization, values are a source of strength, energy and motivation that can unite various views on behavior in order to form a strong organizational culture. One way to measure the effectiveness of a company's organizational culture is to use the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). This study aims to analyze the dominant type of organizational culture and to evaluate the type of organizational culture expected by the employees of PT Bank Sumut Conventional Sub-Branch Office Medan. Sampling in this study using the Nonprobability sampling method with the Accidental Sampling technique , the number of samples that will be used as respondents in this study is 144 people. The results of this study show that the current dominant cultural profile is a culture that focuses on emphasizing innovation, creativity, and the discovery of something new, namely the Adhocracy culture and for the cultural profile that is expected to be dominant in the future is a culture that focuses on human resource development, loyalty and function of the company as a family, namely the Clan culture. This cultural profile picture can be used as a company for policy making in accordance with the vision, mission, and goals of PT Bank Sumut Conventional Sub-Branch Office Medan Region

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal control over sales, accounts receivable and cash receipts at PT. Alfa Scorpii. The data used in this study is primary data, the subject in this study is PT. Alfa Scorpii. While the object in this research is internal control. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is to review the role of internal control over sales, accounts receivable and cash receipts at PT. Alfa Scorpii, by collecting data and then studying and reviewing data based on interviews and documentation, in order to obtain results from the role of internal control over sales, receivables and cash receipts at PT. Alfa Scorpii. From the overall research results indicate that the role of internal control over sales at PT. Alfa Scorpii has been running well because there is a separation of duties and authority between employees so as to minimize errors and fraud that might occur in the company. The role of internal control over receivables at PT. Alfa Scorpii has separated the parts according to their respective fields, so there is no confusion when carrying out the tasks assigned by superiors and the company becomes safe because it can reduce fraud that can be caused by these employees. Internal control over cash receipts at PT Alfa Scorpii has not been carried out according to procedures because employees at the inputting cash receipts section sometimes often cover deposits from other people due to delaying the recording of cash so as to steal money. The advice given from the research results is internal control at PT. Alfa Scorpii has done quite well in the company but there is still control in the cash receipts section that is still not done well, it is better to warn employees so that it is carried out properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work ethics on performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the Education Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency, either directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 43 employees of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office, while the sample in this study was the 43 employees of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. Processing data in this study using the software program SPSS version 22. The results of this study prove that directly job satisfaction and work ethics are significant on performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable and directly on employees of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office.

Abstract

Vocational High School graduates are the highest open unemployment of Diploma and Bachelor graduates indicating they are unable to compete. Therefore, it is necessary to have entrepreneurial skills that are able to open up business and business opportunities for yourself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and teacher entrepreneurship competence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at SMK Nusantara Lubukpakam. The population is 62 students of class XII accounting and institutional finance expertise programs and office governance automation. And all are taken as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the classical assumption test, there is no classical assumption problem in the regression model. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge and teacher entrepreneurship competence partially affect entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the F test show that the two independent variables together have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. Based on the R2 test, it shows the contribution of the entrepreneurial knowledge variable and the entrepreneurial competence of teachers, amounting to 64.7% on the entrepreneurial intention variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of the performance of finance companies in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic starting from 2019-2021 using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach. The type of data in this research is secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of finance companies obtained from the official websites www.idx.co.id and www.ojk.go.id. The population in this study were all finance companies in Indonesia registered with the financial services authority (OJK). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique with a sample of 76 finance companies. The test used in this study is a non-parametric test with a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model that compares the inputs and outputs of companies. The selected input variables include, fixed assets, labor costs, third party funds (DPK). While the output variables include loans, interest income, non-interest income. The results showed that the average finance company in 2019 had an efficient value and continued to increase, but at the beginning of 2020 to 2021 it experienced an inefficient decline during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out and to analyze the influence profitability, leverage, liquidity, company size, auditor opinion and and KAP reputation partially on the timeliness of the submission of financial statements to transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 30 transportation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2017 - 2021. Samples were selected using saturated samples where all populations were included as samples. Data were processed using logistic regression test at a significance level of 5 percent using SPSS. The results of the study found empirical evidence that the variables of profitability, liquidity and auditor opinion affect the timeliness of the submission of financial statements. while the leverage variable, company size and KAP reputation do not have a significant effect on the timeliness of the submission of financial statements.

Abstract

The conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural functions has become a phenomenon in almost all regions. With the aim of increasing the economy instantly and quickly One thing that may not be taken into consideration in carrying out land conversion is the impact arising from the conversion of land functions, both in terms of the declining agricultural output sector or environmental damage due to the transfer of functions. One of the conversions of agricultural land to mining occurred in Pangkalan Jambu District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive. The findings of this study are: First, in the process of converting agricultural land into mining in Pangkalan Jambu District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province, the majority of people still use manual tools, Second, the conversion of agricultural land into mining in Pangkalan Jambu District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province has a significant impact on community economic improvement. However, the impact of environmental damage is much greater. Third, in the study of Islamic economic law, the conversion of agricultural land to mining in Pangkalan Jambu District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province violates the concept of maslahah.
